Unable to Save to NLM XML once References are added to the content

description

Using MS Word 2010 (Windows 7) with the Add-in. First simple tests seem to work fine, but as soon as I try to add any references and save the file I get the message Error in saving to NLM 2.3 or 3.0. I click on Details and I am told 'no content was generated as a result of the operation'.

To solve the error of reference (by Any clues), simply click at another part of your document. It will be solved the error.

Contrary to drmiri, and like the OP, I cannot save a document once references are added (clicking elsewhere or otherwise). I have confirmed that it is the addition of a single reference that has this effect. I have no idea how to import the references separately. Isn't the entire idea to associate references (in the text) with reference objects? Windows 7, Word 2010. This is a show stopper bug for using this add-in, and recommend that the impact be upgraded to 'High'.
